We
baked today. Cookies, zucchini bread, and meatloaf. The cookies were a whole wheat chocolate chip variety from a recipe Lisa emailed to me from
some food blogger. The cookies came out with a more earthy (wheaty?) flavor than other ccc's I have tried and overall it lent a kind of crispy-chewyness to them that I rather liked. The flavor would lend itself really well to walnuts as well I think.
