To say that the Newstand is a bit harder than a zone at BN is putting it mildly. I guess I kind'a feel like I am finding myself digging a hole in the ocean, that and not getting a whole lot of support from people on staff about it either. However I talked with Bob (store manager) yesterday and I came away with some help.
That and I am resigned not to let Newstand beat me. Besides, Psalm 46:1 - "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." Even for "little" things like a Newstand at Barnes and Noble.
