People are funny, instead of just asking, "Hey, is the washer and dryer available" they feel the need to tell me their life story. It doesn't matter to the situation if you have 23 children and just bought a beatup old shack that doesn't have running water, if the Washer and Dryer are gone, then they are gone. Telling em a sob story won't make me take them back from someone.
