There is that age old rivalry between dogs and mailmen, and honestly until recently I would have sided with the mailman. However I have been having a bit of a "run in" with our mail man for what seems like more often than I should actually see him.
All the mailboxes for the entire apartment area are in one little building. I assume this is so it makes his job easier. The thing is, when he's in there he locks the door so he can work in peace. Now what with the flow of your day I am sure you have trouble doing things exactly the same time every single day in the evening. That being the case I am ok with not seeing mail when I check it after work. He's a busy guy. I get it.
Arriving at the same time he does, continually, is a little strange. I've arrived anywhere from 3:15pm (today) to 6:45pm and had him working in there. This hasn't just happened like a couple times, nope, this has happened a good 8 or 9 times now. That's averaging a couple a week! I try to grasp when he might be there time wise, but I seem to fail every time and pick the time he is going to be there.
It probably shouldn't bother me as much as it does. It's just that a range of 3.5 hours should seem enough to find some time he's not in there... right?
