Thanks to my wife's generosity I am currently using her laptop while she's visiting to do a blog entry!
I slept pretty well last night, the best for a starting night of chemo to date, and we able to sleep pretty well in the morning as well. It IS kind of creepy to wake up with a nurse standing over you in the dark who then says, "I need some blood."
Anyway, Lisa showed up this morning and we've been hanging out since then.
So far no side effects from this chemo round... but then it hasn't been 24 hours as of yet. Ryan, Raeleen and Andy visited me yesterday and it looks like my extended family will be visiting tonight. Plus a few other people the rest of this week. So plenty of spots open if you are interested in seeing what life is like at Virginia Mason!
Thanks again for the support and prayers!
~B.
