Lisa and I are back. You can find pictures of our trip there at Picasa. If you are on facebook I have posted pictures up there with some comments as well.

Our trip was good. We put about 500 miles on the car. Down from here to Hood River, Oregon where we had lunch with an old friend and then drove around the Fruit Loop looking at fruit and alpacas. We staid the night at a little bed and breakfast in a little town just outside of Hood River. We left right after breakfast this morning and drove home the "back way" through Yakima and Ellensburg. We had a good time looking at all the fall colors and spending some quality time together.

Tomorrow I have a CT scan, so it was nice to get out this weekend and not think about the hospital at all. Thank you so very much for all the support you have given Lisa and I.

  1. Yay!!! Wonderful pics!! Glad you got to have lunch w/ Glenn. That was really kind of him to make the drive up. Looks like a great place to take a short fall vacation!

Once again, I think I have the whole world praying for you tomorrow!! (Folks at Missions Fest Seattle were praying for you on Saturday!)

Thanks again for showing your pictures! There are some great ones there!!

Hi Ben - It's Tamara Abrams. Wandered over here from Steve Allen's blog. Funny to see you just went on the "Fruit Loop." It is an annual tradition in our family. We were just there a couple weeks ago.

    hang in there...
