I know I linked to the research paper to this technology a couple days ago, but I finally got the link to the site to work the other day and I totally fell in love with the TouchStream ST. You might have missed this in the previous link, but what this "keyboard" allows you to do is to disconnect your mouse and to use the keyboard. This "keyboard" however recognises different hand commands. I can't even imagine how incredibly cool it would be to flic my hand in an outward motion and have my files open and things happen. If it was a tad bit cheaper it would be on it's way to my house right now. But being as it's as pricey as it is I really need to stop and think about it.
