We had the townhome inspected this evening. It all seemed to go pretty well. We're buying it "as is" from a bank, so they won't fix anything. We need to determine when we get the report if it's worth the money we plan to pay for it with some of the repair costs. 2 things that are going to cost a lot are 1. We plan on repainting the entire inside, and 2. We plan to put in hardwood flooring on the bottom level. We're working on getting some quotes for those things. But at 76k less than we were going to pay for the condo we made an offer on I think some money into it should pay off!
